that is sooo dang funny. I love them, especially Faulty Towers.
I have actually used some of these "insults" in real life.
The husband, especially, enjoyed being compared to a dose of the clap. People who've never seen Python just look at you like you've gone completely mad (and to be honest, they're not all that wrong.)

I use the Michael Palin accent from "The Holy Grail" when I describe a bizarre patient.... "What a STRANGE person!!!"
